We currently have an opening for Underwriter I

• Full-time position open on our AM shift
• This position requires being fluent in Spanish (writing and speaking)

What do we offer?

• Base pay from $18/hr.

What does an Underwriter do?

• Answer incoming calls and assist callers in running credit, verifying terms, or helping callers in other ways.
• Accurately provide terms or assist with generating online paperwork.
• Correctly follow scripts to verify terms, memo accounts, and prepare accounts to send on to the funding department.
• Complete assigned tasks such as customer pending, online applications, distributor call backs, etc.
• Review applications for accuracy, spelling errors, ensuring the correct street/billing addresses, and confirming that the customers information is correct.

• Ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions.
• Team Player who enjoys a challenge
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Willingness to learn and grow!
• Ability to view credit bureaus (not required)
