**Overview:**

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong organizational skill set and the ability to manage various office tasks efficiently and provide compassionate, professional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk activities

-Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, taking messages and routing calls to appropriate staff while providing excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients

-Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience

-Responsible for performing miscellaneous administrative duties and routine office activities (scanning, shredding, filing, data entry, office supplies, etc.)

- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in maintaining office operations

- Provide administrative support to financial advisors

- Efficiently manage schedules and appointments

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

-Must be able to follow directions while knowing when to take the ball and run with it

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in front desk operations and customer service

- Excellent problem solving skills and organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Proficiency in administrative tasks and office management

-High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability and confidentiality

- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Kimberly, WI 54136: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
