Description
The Service Team Leader, under the direction of the Service Department Manager, is directly responsible for all aspects of service and delivery, as well as sales and merchandising related activities. This position is accountable for coaching and training a team of service representatives, helpers, and merchandisers, which can include up to 16 full-time equivalent employees in their respective territories.
