Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
- Collecting scrap bins from production floor, emptying and returning
- Processing scrap through baler, creating scrap bales, and wiring bales
- Moving finished bales from conveyor to trailer via forklift
- Segregating bales based on specified procedures
- Recording production info into system, using scale when necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Adhering to company rules and workplace policies
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Forklift experience, preferred
- Baler experience, preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to work in team environment.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to maintain a clean workspace
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Walking production floor for majority of shift, up to 5 miles daily
