At Wisconsin Aviation in Watertown, our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) have a front row view to general aviation operations. We are looking for a motivated individual who can provide superior service to our customers. 

As the Lead, you oversee the CSR team’s workload and scheduling. You also have a regularly scheduled shift at the front desk. You should expect to work some weekends and holidays. We are an attentive group in a relaxed environment.

Duties include the responsibility to welcome, direct, and provide information services to customers and visitors in person at our Watertown location. Individuals must be able to answer telephone and radio systems regularly while providing product and service information. CSRs are responsible for providing front desk administrative support and day-to-day customer service including sales transactions; concierge services; and keeping in-house management informed and contributing to the Wisconsin Aviation Team. As the lead you will also provide administrative support to the CEO.

Requirements:

• Working experience in Aviation
• Working experience in the role of a lead or supervisor
• Be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Above-average customer service and communication skills
• Ability to take and give instruction
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and data entry
• The ability to learn new software
• Candidates must pass a background check
• Possess a valid driver's license

• The ability to stand for long periods of time and move briskly in a constant changing environment
• The ability to see and respond to security situations
• Works with and around products and materials associated with an airport. Works in an environment that may be noisy with aircraft.
