Wisconsin Aviation is Hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Manager Near Juneau, WI

Wisconsin Aviation has a great opportunity at for an A&P/IA to manage our Juneau, Wisconsin facility. A successful candidate is motivated to run a small hands-on general aviation shop. We are looking for the right person to work with a mixed-experience maintenance team with the ability to grow the department. The manager will require good communication skills to manage transactions with customers and motivate staff to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Juneau is one of 3 FBOs managed by Wisconsin Aviation in southeast Wisconsin, part of the Dodge County Airport. We have a clean shop, waiting for a manager to oversee maintenance activities. We are proud to offer a well maintained, safe and economical aircraft maintenance facility to our technicians and customers. Our customer base includes our own internal fleet that ranges from Citabria through Citations.

Wisconsin Aviation is a full-service provider of general aviation services including charter, flight training, aircraft rental, aircraft sales, maintenance, avionics, interiors, and line services. We have over 42 years of commitment to the aviation industry.

The compensation package includes salary, based on experience, and offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance. We have an employer match in our 401k and employee discounts for flight instruction, aircraft rental, and other services and merchandise. Juneau is located 45 miles northwest of Milwaukee and 40 miles northeast of Madison. Close proximity to larger cities provides excellent shopping and cultural opportunities, yet one can still enjoy the small community atmosphere Juneau has to offer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic license and IA required

Working experience in Aviation Management or related field

Minimum five (5) years working in general aviation

Minimum three (3) years proven management experience which includes direct supervision

Ability to work unrestricted in the United States as a citizen or permanent resident

Absence of history of violations of Federal Aviation Administration regulations
