Wisco Lactation is a small business in Wauwatosa, WI specializing in infant feeding. We are deeply committed to providing inclusive and comprehensive lactation care to all families that we consult with. We provide unique, evidence-based support to families so that they may make their own informed choices in infant feeding. Our focus is to meet families where they are at and support them in a judgment free way that puts their mental health first. Lactating parents need support and expert guidance from highly skilled providers.
You will be working along side lactation consultants and an occupational therapist in a private practice lactation office.
Job Description: Office Administrator
Job Location: 530 N 108th Pl. Suite 203, Wauwatosa, WI 53226
Job type: ~10-15 hours per week
Position Summary: As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our practice with various tasks related to client relations, scheduling, social media, and insurance verification for our four office locations and 8 providers. Your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and stay organized will be essential to the success of this role and our growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 2 year's professional office experience. Advanced secretarial and administrative experience preferred. Catering and meeting planning and support preferred. Open to taking educational training in lactation preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Pay Scale Information: $20-$25/hour depending on experience
