Overview

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and providing support for the Sales team.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop and issue monthly reports
  • Check data accuracy in payment advices and invoices
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Monitor, summarize and report industry news
  • Monitor sales targets and report any deviations
  • Manage the NPS process
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Customer onboarding, account and billing setup

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel, PPT, and Word in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

A plus if you have:

  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Prior cruise, maritime, travel, or hospitality industry experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • 5 years experience in Sales Administration
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
