Overview
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and providing support for the Sales team.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop and issue monthly reports
- Check data accuracy in payment advices and invoices
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Monitor, summarize and report industry news
- Monitor sales targets and report any deviations
- Manage the NPS process
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Customer onboarding, account and billing setup
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel, PPT, and Word in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
A plus if you have:
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
- Prior cruise, maritime, travel, or hospitality industry experience
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- 5 years experience in Sales Administration
- Bachelor's degree preferred
