Main Job duties

Manage Regional Field Service Team Leads

• Create KPI reports and manage employee metrics to achieve overall success as measured against company objectives, including Cost Per Install, schedule availability, call-back service rates and overall customer satisfaction and report these metrics regularly to Vice President of Operations
• Ensure all regions are staffed and resourced correctly and assist VP of Ops with future planning and regional resources. 

Work Scheduling:

• Create and manage work schedules while working with regional Team Leads to ensure capacity goals are met.
• Assign Technicians to specific areas to ensure efficient allocation of Technicians in each region.
• Work with other departments to ensure customer service demands are being met and using their resources to manage and escalate trouble tickets effectively within a Tech’s schedule. 

Resource planning:

• Work with Team Leads to ensure adequate resourcing of team members, truck, tools in each region.
• Take feedback from Team Leads and relaying it to the VP of Operations for procedural changes or updates.
• Assist in planning new regions for the above resources and ensuring needs are meet within a given timeline. 

Mentorship:

• Train and mentor Team Leads to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Train new Teams Leads and ensure they have the proper skills to complete their tasks.
• Assist in hiring and new employee selection.
• Hold regular meetings with Team Leads and senior management and present KPI report in weekly company meetings.
