Our ideal candidate is a passionate, organized, outgoing, and customer focused individual that has 3 years of Business-to-Business Sales, Account Management, and/or Relationship Management experience in the HVAC/Plumbing Industry.
As an HVAC sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our HVAC products and services. Our ideal candidate has previous sales experience of 1-3 years, preferably in the home services industry. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Develop and grow sales in the assigned territory with existing accounts as well as new accounts Prepare game plans for establishing new accounts and growing existing accounts. Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC industry, including contractors, builders, and property owners Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to potential clients Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market Identify barriers of opportunity. Call on customers on a regular basis. Partner with customers to help them develop and grow their business Maintain awareness of competitor activity. Complete required reporting such as scheduling, target accounts, call reports, expenses, etc.
