Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Maintenance Technician will perform repairs as well preventive maintenance at the properties in which he manages. Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performance of all maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned.
Complete work orders efficiently and courteously and coordinate all repairs and work orders with assigned Area Manager.
Inspect buildings, including roofs and common areas regularly.
Attend “Initial Inspections” with Area Mangers to assess condition of unit.
Performs normal turns on units not in need of vendor work.
Basic plumbing (unclogging drains, usage of plumbing snake), painting, key repair, changing locks, basic electrical work, general grounds clean-up.
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years experience working in Property Management Maintenance or Construction
Available for 24-hour on-call service, as assigned
Must possess a set of basic hand tools to use in performance of duties
HVAC and Maintenance Certifications preferred
Must possess a current and valid Driver’s License and proof of valid car insurance.
