The agency is comprised of twelve (12) full-time sworn law enforcement officers.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE – The Winslow Police Department desires a proactive, independent, and community-based candidate. We encourage diligence and dedication to our profession. Our ideal applicants will have a team-oriented mindset; they must be motivated to challenge themselves, learn, train, and improve alongside the rest of the agency.

OPPORTUNITIES – We encourage autonomy and assist our officers with seeking advancement in the areas of expertise they intend to master, so they may share their training with our team. We welcome involvement in our mission and collateral duties. Officers are encouraged to work with CID and conduct their own investigations, including drug investigations, if that piques their interest.
