Position Overview:
The Occupational Health (OH) RN assesses risks, promotes wellness, prevents illness and injury, and works to protect employees from exposure to work-related or environmental hazards. The OH RN works closely with community businesses to assist in meeting their needs related to employment safety, health, and well-being. The OH RN positively represents Winona Health internally and externally and builds positive, strong relationships with caregivers, patients, and employers.

Work Environment:
On site (OH Clinic) and off site work (at community businesses) with Winona Health caregivers and Community Employers. Ability to prioritize work well and perform a wide variety of assigned duties.

Consideration for transfer or promotion is not a guarantee of transfer or promotion. Employees may be given a chance to interview for a position when they meet the minimum position qualifications.
