Winners Circle Automotive Group is Hiring a Payroll Clerk Near Franklin, VA
- Collect and verify timesheets.
- Answer employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll.
- Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
- Issue statements detailing earnings and deductions.
- Enter payroll into our system.
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Maintaining and updating payroll records.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports.
Payroll Clerk Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Payroll experience in the Automotive/ dealership industry
- Experience in commission plan payouts
- Benefits management experience preferred.
- Degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a payroll and automotive industry required
- Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
