JOB DESCRIPTION: Team member must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, while maintaining “Safety First” work practices. Team member will work under direction of the Operational Sustainability/Facilities group and interact with production and maintenance staff. This position offers a diverse work environment, with exposure to many areas and skill sets. Work is performed year-round both indoors and outdoors. It is preferred that candidate meet below skill set; however, Winnebago is willing to train the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Microsoft office products proficiency preferred. 2-year technical degree or 4 years’ experience in a related field preferred. Ability to learn and communicate recycling best practices. Self-starter willing to adapt to business problems as needed.

SPECIAL SKILLS OR TOOLS PREFERRED: Equipment operation. Hand tool operation. Inspections and record keeping. Sustainability best practices. Hazardous waste recycling techniques. Efficiently process recycling materials. Contribute to Corporate Sustainability initiatives.

Lifting objects up to 50lbs. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Ability to crouch and kneel. Hand eye coordination. Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects.
