WinnCompanies is searching for an adaptable and motivated Residential Maintenance Field Supervisor to join our military team located in Camp Lejeune, NC.

In this role, your primary responsibility is assisting with the overall operation of the maintenance either the service call functions and preventive maintenance program or the Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) teams. You will perform the oversight of General Maintenance Associates, Technicians and/or specialists. You'll be responsible for ensuring the team members in the field complete COM and service request work in accordance with time and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the technicians, subcontractors, and residential service coordinators to facilitate the service and COM requirements for the location assigned.
• Adjust technicians' schedules as needed to complete all work requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in the coordination of technician training, truck stock inventories, vacation planning, and company meetings.
• Responsible for duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, COM Coordinators, and other Field Supervisors in their absence or as required.
• Perform Quality Control service requests and checks throughout the COM process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
• Investigate and resolve resident complaints.
• Scope and identify tasks required for COM, including estimating time and cost to complete repairs and coordinating contractor work.

• 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Must have experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with phone applications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

• Vocational or technical training.
• Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance certifications.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.
