WinnCompanies is Hiring a Maintenance Field Supervisor - Special Projects (Camp Lejeune) Near Camp, NC

WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Field Supervisor - Special Projects to join our military housing team located at Camp Lejeune, NC.

In this role, you will assist with the overall operation of the special projects team by performing the oversight of maintenance staff members and ensuring the team members in the field their work in accordance with time and quality expectations.

Additionally, you will serve as a working supervisor alongside your team, so residential maintenance experience is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the technicians, subcontractors, and residential service coordinators to facilitate the service and COM requirements for the location assigned.
  • Adjust technicians' schedules as needed to complete all work requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the coordination of technician training, truck stock inventories, vacation planning, and company meetings.
  • Responsible for duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, COM Coordinators, and other Field Supervisors in their absence or as required.
  • Perform Quality Control service requests and checks throughout the COM process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints.
  • Scope and identify tasks required for COM, including estimating time and cost to complete repairs and coordinating contractor work.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties.
  • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vocational or technical training.
  • Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or appliance certifications.
