```Duties:```
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with employee orientation and training, ensuring that all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and guidance
- Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring accurate pricing
- Assist with sales management, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Support the manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment

```Qualifications:```
- Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales totals
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
