Up to $17.00 per hour (Albuquerque, NM area)
Up to $18.82 per hour (Santa Fe, NM)
Up to $19.75 per hour (Oregon)
Up to $20.19 per hour (Washington)

The Assistant Manager aids the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of a Carl's Jr. They help direct and train other Crew Persons and Shift Leaders, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and DM. Assistant Managers are responsible and accountable for assisting and supporting all restaurant activities including customer service, profitability and quality assurance. Our Assistant Managers oversee and lead the performance of all restaurant employees, and ensure the expectations of all guests are exceeded. They report directly to the GM.
