- 4 years of previous successful restaurant General Manager experience
- Incredible work ethic, and good tenure
- Your references describe you as focusing on the positive and using negatives as opportunities
- Willingness to be hands-on and do all levels of work as needed
- Financials, ordering, inventory - FOH and BOH operations
