YOUR IMPACT | The Director of Operations Integration & Guest Experience will provide strategic leadership and direction to various company projects and initiatives and serves as the project manager for the department and the development and execution of all corporate and franchise field related projects and initiatives. The Director of Operations Integration & Guest Experience will integrate, coordinate and communicate with other departments and any third parties to develop solutions that improve operations efficiencies and effectiveness. Additionally, they will lead the guest experience strategy, highlighting and reporting on qualitative and quantitative data from guest feedback sources, and leveraging that data to improve the Guest and Team Member experience. | ||||||

You have the ability to both think strategically and execute tactically with a persistent attention to detail.
