YOUR IMPACT

The Director of Operations Integration & Guest Experience will provide strategic leadership and direction to various company projects and initiatives and serves as the project manager for the department and the development and execution of all corporate and franchise field related projects and initiatives. The Director of Operations Integration & Guest Experience will integrate, coordinate and communicate with other departments and any third parties to develop solutions that improve operations efficiencies and effectiveness. Additionally, they will lead the guest experience strategy, highlighting and reporting on qualitative and quantitative data from guest feedback sources, and leveraging that data to improve the Guest and Team Member experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role you will:

  • Strategize to devise long-term plans that will continually leverage valuable guest experience feedback
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems that improve operations efficiencies and effectiveness and the guest and team member experience, etc.
  • Serve as the voice of operations at the Global Support Center to ensure operations are considered in major projects
  • Develop relationships with strategic internal partners and Brand Partners 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure available data is highlighted and detailed in various workstreams
  • Leverage data to identify operations trends to drive improvement in key metrics
  • Provide weekly communications to the Field Operations Team to ensure consistent communication throughout the organization
  • Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and technology which make our teams more efficient and effective
  • Assist with monitoring operational performance through dashboards across Cost, Quality and Guest Experience, and surface insights to stay ahead of opportunities
  • Help to think through analyses with other team members and serve as a thought leader on projects
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives to execution

  • Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position.
  • Frequent use of mental energy while gathering, documenting, analyzing, and communicating information with cross-functional colleagues, vendors, and extended Wingstop team.
  • Routine need to shift priorities among simultaneous projects, while upholding quality and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
