Join us in helping women find their path.No Recruiters/Agencies and No phone callsJob DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:Assist members in developing financial goals and creating action plansthrough 1:1 coaching sessions.Communicate effectively with members by engaging in active listening andcritical questioning.Monitor and document participant progress toward member-driven financialgoals through assessments, progress reports and case notes.Utilize the WiNGS Self-Sufficiency Calculator to help members accessappropriate public benefitsMaintain a working understanding of industry practices. Conduct ongoing evaluation of services and recommend improvements asnecessary.Establish working relationships with community partners.Identify and connect members with financial and support products andservices such as the WiNGS Individual Development Accounts (IDA’s) and CreditWiNGS.QualificationsBilingual/Spanish preferred; Bachelor’s degree inSocial Work or related field preferredDemonstrated ability to establish and maintainpositive working relationships with others; able to work independently and takeinitiative.
