Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Experience:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
