Kosmo Machine, a premier precision machine shop, is on the lookout for experienced CNC Machinists and Programmers to join our dynamic team. Eligibility Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and provide updated copy of Motor Vehicle Report.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $21 to $38 per hour (hourly pay type; non-exempt FLSA class) or $43,680 to $79,040 annually, based on qualifications and experience. A competitive sign-on bonus (up to $5,000) is offered after 6 months of employment. Certain restrictions apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC and/or manual precision machining and contract manufacturing / job shop required.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, set-up, and operation of CNC mill and/or lathes.
• Knowledge of various types of programming, including Mazatrol conversational programming. Mazak and Mazatrol experience are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of gages and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints or drawings, with a clear understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC programming, set-up, and operation of CNC mill and/or lathes.
• Interpret and implement customer blueprints or drawings, with a clear understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
• Utilize various types of programming, including but not limited to Mazatrol conversational programming.
• Conduct precise measurements and inspections of parts using gages and other measuring instruments.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm.
