Job description

The successful candidate must have extensive experience with building and maintenance systems, as well as a solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet-rocking, heating, painting, hvacl, and other general maintenance in a residential community setting.

The "Hands On" Maintenance Supervisor must be observant, a self starter, and able to read and understand written specifications and able to work in a fast paced environment The ideal candidate should also possess strong customer service skills and professionalism to deal effectively with residents, vendors and staff.

This is a one person maintenance team.

Qualifications:

This position requires ability to speak, read and write in English, interpret specifications, lift 50 lbs. unassisted and maneuver up to 3 levels of stairs. Ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation is required. Reliable vehicle. Must pass employment screening.

Must have HVAC license
