3 Morning/Mid Shift/Evening $15 per hour

2 Nigh Audits 11PM - 7AM $20 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit duties, including balancing accounts and generating reports, run the night audit, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience working at the front desk/night auditor of a hotel or hospitality establishment is required

-Experience in Opera Cloud

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
