Wing Daddy's in Plano is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee the running of the restaurants. We need someone who is not afraid to jumping in where needed to help the restaurants run smooth. All of our management is trained to run the back of the house and front of the house which include but not limited to cooking, washing dishes, getting drinks or whatever is needed to keep our customers happy. We are in the process of opening a new location in Corinth so we are needing to hire full management team with room to grow with the company.

Wing Daddys is more than just a "wing joint" we are unique dining experience. We are expanding and opening up multiple locations in the future, and are looking for someone that has the mindset for advancement. Management - Earn between 45000k to 65000 to start with potential to grow. Our management team is trained in all restaurant aspects from the floor, kitchen and all the way to the bar and we believe in promoting from with in. Salaried employee that will work 50 hours a week. 2 days off guaranteed a week. PTO starts accruing after probationary time.

Raises available after 30 days of great performance.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
