Colorado Wine Country Inn is looking for a part-time front desk agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodations. Potential to become full-time position.

Our hotel front desk agent responsibilities include, but are not limited to; welcoming and registering guests as they arrive, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, as well as local information about the Palisade area. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d love to meet you.

Ultimately, you will be a tour guide for the Grand Valley and help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• Front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of Palisade and local area preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time as nearly all duties are performed while standing
• Must be able to stoop or bend to reach supplies
• Applicant must possess sufficient sight, speech and hearing to perform essential tasks at the desk.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
