Windsor Prep located in Paramus, NJ, is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the summer school program. The Extended School Year (ESY) program runs from July 1st through August 13th, 2024. Windsor Prep (Grades 9 through 12) is a state-approved, nonprofit private school for students with special needs who exhibit learning, behavioral, and attention disorders. In addition, many of our students are diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide a therapeutic environment to address students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide medical care to staff and students

· Develop care plans for students with ongoing conditions

· Monitor student health records

· Administer medication

· Maintain communication with staff and parents regarding student care

· Ensure compliance with national and local health laws

Job Requirements:

• State of NJ Registered Nurse license
• BA or MA Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Experience working with children with learning, behavioral, and attention disorders is preferred.

July 1, 2024-August 13th, 2024 (Closed July 4 & 5th for the holiday)

Mon - Fri 8:30am-2:30pm; Lunch from 2:00pm-2:30pm
