We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment by friendly and experienced staff members.
Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and lead a team of salon professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Train and develop staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new techniques or services
- Handle scheduling, including shift management and ensuring adequate staffing levels
Manager Qualifications:

• Active cosmetology or barbering license in the state of California prefer, NOT required.
• Positive and fun attitude!
• Leadership or management experience a plus.
• Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Ability to work with kids.
