Windsor Gardens Association, Colorado’s largest condominium homeowner association located in Southeast Denver is searching for reliable, hardworking, motivated employee to help give their residents a safe and comfortable environment to live in. The ideal candidate will be responsible to safely and proactively ensure the reliability of all systems and equipment, applying the necessary skills, attitude, and education to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, perform predictive tasks, assist with preventive and overhaul maintenance tasks during maintenance windows, while contributing to the design and modification of systems and equipment.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• The Maintenance Technician will be required to work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor on a daily basis in order to execute all shift maintenance activities
• Complete condo service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, service, and replacements in a responsible and professional manner that meets industry standards as needed by the apartment community. This includes servicing: Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses Light fixtures Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals
• Minor carpentry repairs Window screens and blinds Interior and exterior doors
• Clearing drains and sewer lines up to 4
• Estimate time and extent of repairs and report back findings to Maintenance Supervisor
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Adheres to trade practices and codes
• Perform service/maintenance for our existing pool clients including but not limited to openings/closings, weekly maintenance, and basic repairs on pool/spa equipment
• Must have a valid Driver's License and have transportation to and from work.
• Must be reliable and punctual. Work Hours will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Must be comfortable in a team environment.
• Must be physically fit to perform job responsibilities which include lifting, navigating stairs, bending, working on knees, pulling, pushing, walking, fine motor skills, etc.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check, be authorized to work in the USA, and pass a drug test.
