What you will do:

As the Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating employee payroll and benefits in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws. This position is also responsible for some Human Resources functions. Our Payroll Coordinators process LOAs, workers compensation, and employee benefits.

Must haves:

  • 1-2 years payroll processing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to calculate numbers and perform data entry
  • Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality

Would be great:

  • Experience with KRONOS system
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable
  • Associates degree from accredited college in business, accounting or related field preferred
