Windows Direct USA is Hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist Near Blue, OH

Windows Direct USA is looking for an Customer Solutions Specialist to join the team to help with the follow up process after an appointment with a prospective customer.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and reactive outreach to facilitate customer needs, via email, text, and calling
  • Manage sales and customer activities to assist with sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed goals and productivity metrics.
  • Discuss product features, benefits and ability to provide changes and distribution of existing products.

Qualifications:

  • Strong retention skills with the ability to follow a sales script as needed
  • Strong presentation/communication skills via email/text
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Self-motivated and desire to achieve results
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Previous phone sales or retention experience
