Windows Direct USA is Hiring a Director of Marketing Near Louisville, KY

Responsibilities:

  • Track, record, and manage a budget of over $2 million dollars while being sensitive to our cost of marketing parameters.
  • Manage digital spending for multiple locations using multiple vendors
  • Manage TV spend for multiple locations
  • Manage & track all print media efforts including working on ad design and offers
  • Monitor the lead collection process from initial inquiry to issuing the lead to the sales team.
  • Oversee, hire & train on the lead handling process of our internal marketing call center reps to increase conversion from raw lead to set appointments
  • Utilize our current customer database to increase repeat & referral business
  • Oversee our face to face marketing managers efforts through home shows, events & canvassing marketing efforts.
  • Manage all of our social media accounts responding to customer messages and posting content across all social media
  • Manage and develop email campaigns, targeting customers at different phases in their journey with our organization
  • Direct responsibility for increasing our online reputation & 5-star reviews
  • Work with the CEO and VP to establish marketing strategies and direct the execution through a variety of sales and marketing channels
  • Work with our customer service team to increase our online reviews
  • Continue to assess and evaluate marketing activities through data analysis and presentations to the business
  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions and coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Drive updates to existing materials and website for conversion rate optimization
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communications methods, costs, and results specific to digital lead generation
  • Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability and group cohesiveness
  • Manage, develop & disburse internal employee channels & sales collateral

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in lead generation marketing, procurement and conversions
  • Previous experience specifically with direct response lead generation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently with a high degree of initiative and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to manage and prioritize marketing and communications needs with strong attention to detail
  • Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and meet deadlines in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and product quality
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to use several web-based programs effectively
  • Being comfortable in front of the camera: Facebook, TikTok, Television is a plus

Minimum Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital/Tech or Business Management, or relative real world experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics, being a hands-on owner of programs, processes, and results.
  • Excellent competency in technology
  • High degree of dependability, motivation, and flexibility
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • A special eye for quality in all aspects including copy, design, and content creation
  • Must be customer-oriented and able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
  • High level of flexibility in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly by balancing company guidelines and customer needs
