Hours:

Full Time: Monday - Friday and Some Saturdays (Rotational)

We primarily work a 8.5 hour shift - however the shift is flexible depending on client needs.

Weekend Availability and On Call:

All Call Center Sales Reps are expected to work one weekend shift a month and be on call during the week as applicable.

Our call center operates with several team members, ensuring our employees receive a schedule rotation that grants them at least one weekday off every four weeks. We aim to foster an environment where our call center reps can maintain a healthy work-life balance, while also generating personal income that meets their needs and financial aspirations!

Window Ninjas is a dynamic service provider who services 11 locations across 4 states! Our service teams specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and holiday lighting installation for both residential and commercial clients.

Our call center team is dedicated to facilitating and exceeding our clients' expectations each day by delivering exceptional and reliable services.

• Use scripts to facilitate inbound and outbound calls with a positive and energetic attitude
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and problem resolution
• Use our software to schedule service appointments and deliver quotes
• Strive to exceed customer expectations with every interaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
• Cultivate existing leads and relationships
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Housecall Pro
