Hours:

Full Time: Monday - Friday and Some Saturdays (Rotational)

We primarily work a 9 hour shift - however the shift is flexible depending on client needs.

Weekend Availability and On Call:

All Service Technicians are expected to work one weekend shift a month and be on call during the week as applicable.

We run multiple crews and provide our employees with a rotation so they can have a weekday off at least once every four weeks. Our goal is to have all service techs achieve a proper work life balance while also building personal revenue that fulfills their needs and financial goals!

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a minimum 1 year clean driving record (Preferably 3) without major offenses.

Prior experience in the home services industry, or in the window cleaning and pressure washing industry is a benefit. We find those that have provided similar services to ours excel quickly and thrive in our environment.

Window Ninjas is a dynamic service provider specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and holiday lighting installation for both residential and commercial clients. • Perform each and every one of our services for residential and commercial clients
• Engage property owners and managers before and after completion of projects
• Monitor and inspect service equipment and vehicles to ensure safety and professional performance
