As a Solar Sales Representative you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition. Your primary day-to-day activities is to educate homeowners thru energy consultation and assessment of their utility bill to become independent and create their own energy production. We need dynamic, resilient salespeople who know how to engage with a potential customer and believe in what we do. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, self-motivation, and passion for our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent WindMar team as the face of our brand.
  • Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads.
  • Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job.
  • Become a proficient solar professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product.
  • Qualify prospective customers for WindMar’s solar and backup power solutions.
  • Closing deals. (This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.)
  • Helping our customer from acquisition to installation of the system.

  • Must attend Windmar Solar Academy to train and pass sales and financial training.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
