Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in various subjects and activities. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curriculum - Teach students in a variety of subjects, such as cooking, dancing, sewing, and preschool activities - Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Provide guidance and support to students in their learning journey - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience - Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance Skills: - Experience working with students of all ages and abilities - Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area(s) being taught (e.g., culinary, childcare, special education) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons - Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
