What You'll Do

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to drive the SAP S/4 Hana implementation on behalf of Wilson. Using SAP Activate methodology to deliver maximum business value, this person will be responsible for coordination of system implementation and enhancements, communication to key stakeholders, and change management. The Project Manager will be paid as a 1099 contractor for the duration of the project (estimated 18-24 months).

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the SAP development team and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department and project.
• Review project proposals and plans; determine the timeframe, including funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources for various phases of the project.
• Develop methods to monitor project progress with regards to technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Meet project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and manage associated risks.
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resources additions to meet project objectives.
• Manage relationships with the project sponsor, client, and external suppliers.
• Report project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor, client, and external suppliers.

What We're Looking For

This role requires a current Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI, or similar) plus a minimum of seven years’ experience in a project manager role utilizing Agile methodology. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

Other qualifications include:

• Demonstrated record of project management with SAP S/4
• Ability to solve unique and complex problems that may have a broad impact on business operations
• Superior communication, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills with both internal and external contacts
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, diverse, and constantly changing environment
• Effective leadership skills and ability to provide guidance to others
• Responsible for supervising project related staff which may be a combination of business, IT and consultants
• Experience with S/4 Hana projects is required
