Wilson Orthodontics is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Near Missouri, TX

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented team member to join our orthodontic team. As a Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule all patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

-Send out and collect proper new patient forms

-Collect patient payments

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous dental knowledge a MUST

- Insurance knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Use of microsoft word, adobe

-Some treatment planning is a plus
