Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is actively growing its Louisville office and you can be part of an exciting time in the office and at the firm. We have an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary. Ideal candidate will have three or more years of general legal experience. We offer a friendly, business casual environment with a competitive salary and full benefits package, including –_ Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave & Life Insurance. _There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including a hybrid schedule. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must have ability to handle fast-paced and challenging projects
- Excellent verbal, analytical and organizational skills
- Significant knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and procedures
- Experience with ChromeRiver, iTimeKeep and QuickCreate is preferred
- Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured setting
- Experience preparing and filing legal documents (federal & state courts)
- Candidate must have strong Microsoft Office computer skills
- Experience handling travel arrangements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
