Wilson & Company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with a background in Transportation/Roadway design to join our team in South Jordan, UT. In this role, you will oversee the growth, direction, and overall success of our South Jordan Transportation Team by marketing services, building lasting client relations, and mentoring staff. The ability to effectively coordinate staff efforts to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions to project requirements is a must.
Job Duties Include:
- Serve as Senior Project Manager for DOT and municipal projects.
- Collaborate with local group leaders to achieve success across all disciplines.
- Foster our commitment to Higher Relationships with clients and staff.
- Mentor and train staff and ensure team members have sufficient resources to accomplish goals/projects.
- Prepare project proposals, scopes of services, fee proposals, and contract documents for diverse project types.
- Collaborate with regional and national managers regarding meeting company goals and visions, client development, and business planning.
