Loan Operations Specialist

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assists in all areas of loan operations. Backs up multiple job duties. Answers phone calls from customers and employees. Assists co-workers with departmental duties and special projects. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be detail-oriented with ability to multi-task. Must possess strong computer skills, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays required.
