Description
The Employee Benefits Specialist is part of the Client Services Team that supports the agency. This position requires the ability to multi-task and complete responsibilities with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. The main support areas of this role are processing enrollments and eligibility with insurance carriers, conducting audits after open enrollment has been completed, and preparing open enrollment materials. This position supports both internal agency staff and external clients. Position requires a friendly attitude and positive demeanor.
