Willow Tree Therapy is a small SLP-owned practice providing in-home and school-based services. We are contracted with both Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center and Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center, and service areas may include both their catchment areas based on your preferences and home-base.

We are seeking a neurodiversity-affirming SLP with experience in early intervention. We are currently looking for a candidate who is interested in part-time work and creating their own flexible schedule, with the potential to build up to a full-time caseload if desired. School-based SLPs who are looking to see a few clients after school or over the weekends are more than welcome to apply!

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to children in both home health and school-based settings. The ideal candidate should have experience working with pediatric patients, a strong understanding of communication disorders, and the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The Speech Language Pathologist will also be responsible for providing family education and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in the home health setting.
• Develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs.
• Educate families on how to support their loved one's communication needs.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best care for the patient.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
