The Process Improvement Manager will plan, oversee, and manage the operations of Performance Improvement, including budgeting, fiscal management, program operations, compliance, and strategic planning. This position collaborates with other members of Leadership to attain a level of clinical excellence as indicated in the Willow Springs Center mission statement. This position is part of a team tasked to lead and take ownership for every aspect of fiscal operation and service delivery. This position is an essential part of the guiding force of Willow Springs Center.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in nursing, social work, human development, special education, health science, public health, or other behavioral or social science and one year of experience providing client services in a human services field; OR a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the majors listed above and one year of experience performing program evaluation, quality assurance/improvement and/or utilization review activities for a human services program.
Experience: 1 year of experience working in a clinical capacity or health care quality assurance.
Certification: CPR Certification through AHA, Handle With Care Certification
