Our Restaurant / Bar / Grill is currently looking for an experienced Lead Cook / Kitchen Manager as well as Line Cooks to join the team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with all day to day operations of the kitchen, coordinating and organizing all aspects of Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner food production.

Candidates should be EXPERIENCED COOKS that are eager to learn, dedicated, energetic, hardworking and reliable.

Qualifications:

Understanding of all fundamental cooking techniques.
Clean and organized
Mature, responsible, and professional attitude
Strong work ethic
Open availability
Understanding the functional administration of the restaurant, i.e., stations, protein fabrication, food labeling etc
Maintain all health code regulations.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Ensure all side work is done
Follow food safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
