Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries or reservations over the phone
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food service procedures is desirable
- A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help others

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
