Williamson Pump & Motor is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience, and possess strong knowledge of AP/AR process.

**Duties:**

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

- Prepare and issue invoices to customers

- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

-Other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience working in an accounting or finance role

- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quickbooks

- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail

-Experience working in similar industry a plus
