Job Purpose

The Retail Sales Manager will oversee operations for retail store and is responsible for the management of all customer-facing inventory, sales, marketing presence, logistics for the company while maximizing revenue and profitability with impeccable customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by company and all applicable federal, regulatory, or governmental regulations.
• Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of each retail and virtual location (s) of the company to include but not limited to
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs for efficient and effective store operations,
• Implementation of merchandizing best practices,
• Maintenance of a patient-centric and welcoming environment,
• Ensure impeccable customer service,
• Troubleshoot customer issues professionally with empathy and time sensitivity, and
• Maintain KPIs and sales goals for maximized revenue.
• Analyzes KPIs to assess business performance and work with leadership to implement improvements and suggest alternatives to managing data.
• Institutes best practices and guides implementations utilizing business acumen, experience, and relevant technology.
• Responsible for managing logistics and inventory of but not limited to retail product lines and support staff to allow for growth and scaling.
• Assist with ACHC and other accreditation compliance for locations as requested.
• Assistance with negotiation, contracting, expense control, and budgeting when requested.
• Oversight on Brightree WIPs in scope for retail and any other lines assigned.
• Firm grasp of supply ordering, inventory, and policies to provide suggestions for logistics functions of company to include but not limited to:
• Assist with management of cost of goods and inventory for retail products.
• Maintain vendor relationships and pricing including setting up in Brightree for retail equipment and supplies.
• Provide support for team members at all times.
• Collaborate with leadership of company and affiliates and support their vacancies, create, and maintain KPI’s and Power BI data to help them manage their departments/team members as necessary.
• When applicable, help with acquisition and onboarding of new companies to help minimize disruptions in business.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role.
• Minimum of three years' experience in customer service.
• Experience in DME industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for vendors, customers, and staff.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in SaaS platforms to include but not limited to ERP, resupply, POS, and inventory management.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary.
• Must carry personal liability car insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000.
• Must love helping people, internally and externally.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and close the loop when interrupted.
• Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screenings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
